Acquittal of Company Director
Just before Christmas I was instructed to represent a successful international businessman who had been accused assaulting his neighbour. The consequences would have been severe if there had been a conviction- my client’s profile required security clearances for various governments in Europe and beyond. After making submissions to the court my client was acquitted of all matters he faced and achieved an order for his costs to be paid.
